With a diameter reaching 822 mm, this large-diameter conductor pulley is a specialized tool specifically designed for the stringing of single-split conductors during the construction of overhead transmission lines. Thanks to its massive 822 mm outer diameter, the pulley effectively minimizes the bending stress exerted on the conductor during the pulling process, thereby preventing surface damage and internal strain within the conductor.
Constructed with a high-quality MC nylon sheave paired with a galvanized steel frame, the pulley ensures exceptional corrosion resistance and a long service life, even in demanding outdoor construction environments. Furthermore, it is equipped with high-performance bearings that guarantee smooth sheave rotation, thereby minimizing friction between the pulley and the conductor.
This pulley is particularly well-suited for use with ACSR 630 conductors; it features a rated load capacity of 30 kN and a self-weight of just 40 kg, facilitating easy handling and installation at the construction site.
